Project Description Country: USA Location: Twin Falls Total Budget: $10,000 Area of Focus: Basic education and literacy Activity Type: Education: General Summary: School supplies to Project Succeed for Teachers in the Magic Valley The club will purchase school supplies for K-8 teachers in the Magic Valley. $50 covers the basic supplies needed per student. Teachers submit online requests to Project Succeed with their needs. We will be able to sponsor 200 students with the requested funding. To date, Project Succeed has supported 9,112 students through 350 teachers within 12 Magic Valley schools. Additionally, club members will participate in a "stuff the van" school supply drive July 27 & 28th at Fred Meyer. Club members will deliver the inventory to Project Succeed who will then distribute them to teachers. The project is expected to be complete by September 2024.
