Summary: Stairway Replacement for Senior Apartments, Brea, California
The BREAL Senior Apartments is a non-profit, 30 unit, ultra low-income senior apartment building that was built and funded by the Brea Rotary Club in 1980. The building is two-stories and has a stairway that is exposed to the elements, has significantly deteriorated, and is in great need of replacement. This is a safety issue for the residents.
