Webster's Encyclopedic Dictionaries for all GCISD 3rd grade students ($3,648). Provide Encyclopedic Dictionaries for all GCISD 3rd Grade Students. The purpose of this distribution is to get the 3rd grade students to understand the words and pictorially visualize the subject matter. This project was initiated 3 years ago and the results were extremely positive.
